A different vantage point

Caylene Salii was born and raised in Guam and is of Palauan heritage. Her background shaped how she observes people, relationships, and the environments around her. Her technology journey began with technical education in 2000 and includes 22.5 years in corporate tech, along with experience in corporate leadership.

Building her own work

After leaving corporate life, Caylene began building a different path while living internationally. As a single mother of two grown children, she brings lived experience to conversations about change, independence, and choosing what comes next. She founded Tunnel Vision Coaching and ALVA Labs, two distinct businesses shaped by what her own experiences have taught her about people, growth, and technology.

Where her work lives now

Today, Caylene’s work brings together perspective, patterns, business, AI, technology, and reinvention. Through speaking, education, and entrepreneurship, she shares what her own experiences have taught her about seeing differently and choosing what comes next.
